HISTORY
Everything began with the founding of the company Hahn und Gendreizig in 1992. The namesake of today's H+G. It is built on a solid corporate culture and combines innovation with tradition. Since 2011, the son Jan Gendreizig has ensured continuity in the company's history.
1992
1992 – Founding of Hahn und Gendreizig GmbH
Frank Gendreizig and Lothar Hahn laid the foundation in 1992 for today's company, specializing in the production of various components for industrial pipeline construction.
2000
2000 – New CNC Machines for Valve Production
From 2000 onwards, the company also focused on industrial valves as a contract manufacturer.
2005
2005 - Modernization of Machinery
Investment in new powerful machines, carousel & drilling systems.
2008
2008 – New Factory in Gelsenkirchen
Completion of the production hall at Lockhofstr. 10c in Gelsenkirchen.
2011
2011 – Entry of Jan Gendreizig
Beginning of turnkey industrial valve production for power plant technology.
2014
2014 – Founding of SIM Machining Technology
To expand services, a welding division was integrated into production.
2021
2021 – Purchase of Production Hall + Office Building in Hattingen
Production capacity expanded to 6,000m² with the acquisition of a new hall.
2024
2024 – Founding of H+G Stahl GmbH
Establishment of H+G Stahl GmbH for a comprehensive range of industrial valves and steel trading, including processing and finishing.
