  1. Founding01

    1992 – Hahn und Gendreizig GmbH founded

    Frank Gendreizig and Lothar Hahn lay the foundation – specialised in workpieces for industrial piping.

  2. Valves02

    2000 – New CNC machines for valves

    Entry into industrial valve manufacturing as a contract manufacturer.

  3. Machinery03

    2005 – Machinery modernised

    Investment in powerful new machines – vertical lathe and boring mill.

  4. Location04

    2008 – New plant in Gelsenkirchen

    Completion of the production hall on Lockhofstraße.

  5. Next generation05

    2011 – Jan Gendreizig joins

    Start of turnkey industrial valves for power plant technology.

  6. Welding06

    2014 – SIM Zerspanungstechnik founded

    A welding shop extends the manufacturing service.

  7. Location07

    2021 – Production hall in Hattingen

    Purchase of a hall and office building – expansion to 6,000 m².

  8. New start08

    2024 – H+G Stahl GmbH founded

    For a broader range of industrial valves and steel supply including pre- and finish machining.
