PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
HG-Stahl Control Globe Valves are particularly preferred in processes to control fluid flow rates. The external body material of standard globe valves can be made of cast steel or stainless steel, while the internal components vary depending on the type of fluid.
HG-Stahl Control Globe Valve (globe control valve) is especially preferred in applications requiring precise flow control. These valves exhibit high sensitivity to pressure and temperature fluctuations in the fluid, ensuring stable performance throughout the process. The carefully optimized flow paths within the control globe valve reduce energy losses, enabling a consistent and stable flow profile during the process. Thus, the control globe valve (control globe valve) ensures smooth and efficient fluid control even in systems with low pressure differences.
HG-Stahl Control Globe Valve minimizes adverse effects such as noise and cavitation. These conditions, which may arise due to high-pressure differences, can damage the valve and negatively impact system performance. HG-Stahl Control Globe Valves offer specially designed internal structures and material options to prevent such harmful effects. As a result, HG-Stahl control globe valves are both more durable and enhance the overall efficiency of the system.
Control Globe Valves are designed and used with either soft-seated or metal-to-metal sealing. While stellite coating is predominantly used for the seat, other coating types can be applied depending on the process and fluid.
The designs of HG-Stahl Control Globe Valves comply with EN-12516, ISO 17292, ANSI B16.34, and API 6D standards, while the face-to-face dimensions can be tailored to EN 558, ANSI B16.10, or specific size requests. For connection flanges, we adhere to EN 1092-1 & EN 1092-2, ANSI B16.5, and B16.47 standards. The top flange connection standard is ISO 5211. Our products are tested to meet international standards such as API 598, ANSI FCI 70-2, and ISO 5208.
In High-Control Globe Valves, proper material selection based on the acidic level of the fluid ensures long-lasting operation of the valves.
In addition to standard steel or stainless steel materials, different specialized materials can be requested. Among these materials, we can offer our partner firms: Titanium Alloys (Titanium Gr.2, Gr.3, Gr.5, Gr.6, Gr.7, Gr.12), Zirconium Alloys (Zirconium 702, 705), Bronze Alloys (C95800, C95500, C95400, C63200), Nickel Alloys (Inconel 600, 625; Hastelloy B, B-2, B3, C276, C-22, C-4, G; Incoloy 800, 800H, 825; Monel 400, K500; Nickel 200, 201), Duplex Stainless Alloys (C95800, C95500, C95400, C63200), Aluminum Bronze, and Ceramic Coated Butterfly Valves.
HG-Stahl Control Globe Valves can be equipped with an integrated actuator, enabling automatic fluid control. We can provide different control options, including electric and pneumatic methods. HG-Stahl Control Globe Valves can operate at temperatures up to approximately 500°C. Additionally, German Pre-vent GmbH’s BR-51 Model products are successfully offered in Germany to steel, energy, petroleum, chemical, pharmaceutical, and mining industries.
Upon request, non-standard sizes and custom-designed globe valves with unique features can be provided.
