Design and Technical Standards

  • Metal-to-Metal Sealing: Designed to ensure metal-to-metal sealing for high durability. Seat coatings are typically made of Stellite material, but alternative coating options are available depending on the process and fluid.
  • Compliance with Standards: Designed according to standards such as BS 6364, EN 12516, ISO 17292, ANSI B16.34, and API 6D. Face-to-face dimensions comply with EN 558, ANSI B16.10, or can be customized based on specific size requirements. Designs adhering to JIS standards can also be provided upon request.
  • Connection Flanges: Manufactured in accordance with EN 1092-1 & EN 1092-2, ANSI B16.5, and B16.47 standards. The top flange connection complies with ISO 5211 standards.
  • Quality Testing: Tested according to API 598, ANSI FCI 70-2, and ISO 5208 standards.
