PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
HG-Stahl High-Performance Valves include ball valves, butterfly valves, globe valves, gate valves, check valves, and bypass valves.
This product group is predominantly designed and used with metal-to-metal sealing. While stellite coating is primarily used for the seat part, different types of coatings can be applied depending on the process and the fluid.
The designs of HG-Stahl High-Performance Valves comply with EN-12516, ISO 17292, ANSI B16.34, and API 6D standards. The face-to-face design follows EN558, ANSI B16.10, or can be tailored to special dimension requirements. For flange connections, we adhere to EN 1092-1 & EN 1092-2, ANSI B16.5, and B16.47 standards. The connection standard for the top flange of the valve is ISO 5211. Our products are tested according to global standards such as API 598, ANSI FCI 70-2, and ISO 5208.
The key feature of these valves is their customization for specific processes, ensuring long-lasting performance through the use of the most durable materials and coatings. Many companies we work with have transitioned from cast valve bodies to forged steel, which offers much higher resistance to wear and provides significantly extended service life.
In High-Performance Valves, selecting the appropriate material based on the fluid’s acidity ensures long-term functionality. Beyond standard steel or stainless materials, other specialized materials can be requested. These materials include Titanium Alloys (Titanium Gr.2, Gr.3, Gr.5, Gr.6, Gr.7, Gr.12), Zirconium Alloys (Zirconium 702, 705), Bronze Alloys (C95800, C95500, C95400, C63200), Nickel Alloys (Inconel 600, 625; Hastelloy B, B-2, B3, C276, C-22, C-4, G; Incoloy 800, 800H, 825; Monel 400, K500; Nickel 200, 201), Duplex Stainless Alloys (C95800, C95500, C95400, C63200), Aluminum Bronze, and Ceramic-Coated Butterfly Valves.
HG-Stahl collaborates with various European, American, and British partners to offer innovative solutions while also providing its own designs and manufacturing expertise for High-Performance Valves.
HG-Stahl delivers innovative designs tailored to industry needs in severe service valves. This special valve series is developed to offer superior resistance to abrasive fluids and challenging industrial conditions. Valves designed for cryogenic and abrasive fluid applications provide excellent sealing even at low temperatures, while high-temperature-resistant coatings minimize wear. Additionally, severe service valves offer reliable performance under high pressure thanks to specialized gaskets and material options. HG-Stahl’s high-performance valves ensure long-lasting, efficient, and safe usage in the chemical, petrochemical, energy, and heavy industry sectors, enhancing the efficiency of industrial processes.
HG-Stahl’s severe service valves include butterfly valves, ball valves, gate valves, and globe valves. Along with special coatings, ceramic materials can also be used to provide the best solutions for your processes.
