PTFE / PFA Lined Valves (PTFE Lined Valve) are typically a type of valve coated with a special material known as PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene) or Teflon. PTFE has properties such as chemical resistance, low friction coefficient, and high-temperature resistance. The operation of these valves is based on typical ball valve principles; meaning that they allow flow in the open position and block the flow in the closed position. The PTFE coating covers the inner part of the valve, providing resistance to wear and chemical protection.

Additionally, the PTFE material creates a low friction coefficient on the surface, which allows the fluid to lose less pressure and ensures energy efficiency. PTFE-lined valves are preferred in processes where low friction coefficients are required and in processes with acidic fluids.

PTFE-lined valves are especially preferred in metallurgy plants, mining, petrochemical, and chemical industries. PTFE-lined Ball Valve, PTFE-lined Butterfly Valve, and PTFE-lined Gate Valve are among the products we offer, particularly preferred in processes where the environment is acidic and abrasive.

PTFE Teflon Lined Ball Valves can be manufactured in floating (floating), trunnion, full-bore, or reduced-bore designs; in two or three-piece configurations. The design standard is EN-12516, ISO 17292, ANSI B16.34, API6D, while the face-to-face standard can be designed according to EN558, ANSI B16.10, or custom size requirements. For flange connections, we can provide support with EN 1092-1 & EN 1092-2, ANSI B16.5, B16.47 standards.

PTFE Lined Butterfly Valves and PTFE Lined Gate Valves can also be designed and produced in a similar manner.
