PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Special Design Ball Valves, also referred to as Tailor-Made Ball Valves, are specifically designed and manufactured according to your process requirements. These valves can include different valve lengths, special valve control systems, customized sealing elements, and unique materials.
Depending on the connection type, our ball valves offer flanged or wafer options, with designs conforming to API 609, EN 558, and ISO 5752 standards. For Special Design Ball Valves, materials and thicknesses exceeding standard requirements can be used. To ensure the accuracy of these designs, CAE simulations using finite element methods are conducted for design validation. The sealing tests of the valves are carried out according to EN 12266 or ISO 5208 standards.
For Special Design Ball Valves, material selection is optimized based on the acidic value of the fluid, ensuring long-lasting performance. In addition to standard steel or stainless materials, other specialized materials can be requested. Some of the materials we can offer to our partner companies include Titanium Alloys (Titanium Gr.2, Gr.3, Gr.5, Gr.6, Gr.7, Gr.12), Zirconium Alloys (Zirconium 702, 705), Bronze Alloys (C95800, C95500, C95400, C63200), Nickel Alloys (Inconel 600, 625; Hastelloy B, B-2, B3, C276, C-22, C-4, G; Incoloy 800, 800H, 825; Monel 400, K500; Nickel 200, 201), Duplex Stainless Alloys (C95800, C95500, C95400, C63200), Aluminum Bronze, and Ceramic Coated Butterfly Valves.
Special Design Ball Valves can be produced with soft seats or metal seats, depending on the requirements.
At HG-Stahl, we design and manufacture fully customized products tailored to your unique processes, such as non-standard flange connections, non-standard pressure ratings, extended stems, heat jackets, fully Teflon-filled designs, four-way and five-way valves, and long-neck configurations.
These tailor-made products are offered to our end users in a way that perfectly fits your process requirements.
