HG-Stahl Engineering; has been a company that started its life with ball valve design and manufacturing. As the first company in Turkey to design and manufacture different types of metal seated ball valves, HG-Stahl has designed and manufactured ball valves resistant to high temperature, high pressure and abrasive products for many different industrial facilities.
In standard structure ball valves; ANSI, DIN, BS and JIS norms; chemical, cement, oil, gas, natural gas, mining, steel and energy sectors offer products suitable for different applications to its customers by producing fast and high quality products.
Designs made in the UK Engineering Office are manufactured in Germany, China and Turkey according to capacity and processes, while all tests are completed in accordance with API or ISO norms and delivered to the end-use points.
One of the main reasons why HG-Stahl standard ball valve products are widely used in industrial processes is that they have a simple and effective working principle. The ball valve controls the flow with the rotational movement of the sphere inside it; this sphere has a hole inside and this hole allows the fluid to pass freely when the valve is in the open position and completely cuts off the flow when the valve is closed. This simple mechanism of the ball valve allows immediate intervention, even in emergency situations, thanks to its fast opening and closing characteristics. The ball valve creates almost zero flow resistance in the fully open position, allowing the fluid to move through the system with high efficiency.
Another reason why ball valve products are preferred is their excellent sealing performance. When the ball valve is in the closed position, it completely prevents the passage of fluid and thus ensures zero leakage. This is especially advantageous in sensitive processes and systems working with hazardous fluids. In addition, ball valves can be produced in different materials and coating options, making them ideal for various industrial applications.
HG-Stahl standard ball valve products include many material options such as steel, stainless steel, nickel alloy, titanium, Inconel.
In Standard Ball Valves; While bearing products with materials such as PTFE, R-PTFE, Viton, PEEK are preferred according to the area of use; Titanium, Nickel or Stellite coated metal coated products can be preferred according to high temperature or corrosive fluid. HG-Stahl; with intensive R&D studies in this field; has ensured that the opening and closing torque is at optimum level and the valve tightness is zero. Even in metal seated products; zero sealing can be achieved and the know-how in this field is reserved in our company.
HG-Stahl Standard Ball Valves; floating, trunnion, full bore or half bore can be produced in one, two or three piece form. Design standards are EN-12516, ISO 17292, ANSI B16.34, API6D, while face to face standards are EN558, ANSI B16.10 or special dimension requests. In connection flange; we can help with EN 1092-1 & EN 1092-2, ANSI B16.5, B16.47 standards. Connection standard for valve top flange is ISO 5211. Our products can be controlled with world standards API 598, ANSI FCI 70-2 as well as ISO 5208. In these tests, according to your request, our products can be delivered with C class sealing or zero sealing in accordance with class A. Fire safety is ensured by designs made according to API607, API6FA and ISO 10497 standards.
